“Proven communication skills, a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, creativity, and the ability to work with people on all levels. Are all important qualities that brought me great success in my career in sales and in customer service. J.J. gained great experience in cold calling, business development, both time and people management skills. He learned throughout his career the ability to succeed and grow within different industries, positions, and tough situations. One of his favorite things to do is to networking and meeting new people.

J.J. has been a senior technology consultant for A&B Business solutions since 2014. He manages hundreds of accounts, spanning several vertical markets across South Dakota. JJ has vast experience with business to business. Working with office equipment, and streamlining business processes for many organizations. In 2022 reached One Million Dollar in Sales for Office Equipment.

In 2020 J.J. started the Behind the Bowtie Podcast showcasing entrepreneur’s stories and advice. He currently is the president of the Ignite Referral group. Also serves as a mentor through Lutheran Social Services mentoring program. J.J. and his wife Ashley like attending concerts, sporting events, and giving back to their local church.
